Development
Mike grew up working for the family company from a very small age. Mike remembers being dropped off at our offices before I could drive to mow the lawns. I was probably the only 10 year old maintenance person in town. I realize now how cheap of labor I was (free). But, I just loved being around the offices and more importantly the people in our offices. Additional jobs included delivering the newspaper, janitorial work, construction jobs and teaching tennis and basketball to young kids in the summers. And, to help earn money while in college, I continued teaching tennis to adults.
